PICA Head Start   PICA Headstart is a special preschool program for your children. It is available six hours a day, Monday through Friday, all year long for children who are six weeks to five years old. This comprehensive early childhood development program promotes the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of each child served.

Minnesota Visiting Nurse Agency   A public health nurse comes each week to our Day Center to provide a nurturing environment where you can discuss any physical, psychological, or social concerns you may have.
